Bradford's Noise Of The Valleys Volume Two is an in depth study of local music history between the years 1988 and 1998. It contains over a hundred 'rock family trees' naming more than five thousand local musicians and over a thousand bands, ranging from Zed to Tasmin Archer to Terrorvision, It covers a massive range of musical styles from pop and rock to folk and blues to indie and punk to hardcore and doom metal to the dance scene. It features individual profiles of hundreds of bands and artists and many local clubs and venues.
 
Every page is packed with photos, articles, posters and images from the period. Released as a companion to this book are six CDs, sold separately, containing more than eight hours of music from over a hundred of the local artists featured in this book.
